Problem: I have a screen that is entirely black and no video is playing.
Solution: In order to view streaming video on our network, your browser must be set up to allow Active X controls. This can be accomplished by following these seven steps:
- Within Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" (which is located on the top of the screen) and select "Internet Options."
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Internet" icon.
- Move the slider on the bottom left of the window until your security level is "Medium".

Select the "Custom level..." button, then scroll down to the "Scripting" section and ensure that "Active Scripting" and "Scripting of Java applets" are enabled. - Click "Apply" (located on the bottom right side of the window).
- Click "OK."
Problem: I have a video screen that is green.
Solution: Your accelerator is set too high on your Windows Media Player. Please perform the following steps:
- Close out the Player
- Open Windows Media Player
- Select Tools – Options – Performance Tab
- Set Video Acceleration to none and click Apply
- Close Windows Media Player
- Re-launch Player
Problem: I am not seeing any video.
Solution:
- Proceed to open your Microsoft browser.
- Select "Tools," then "Internet Options."
- Clicking the "Advanced" tab within the Internet Options box, scroll about half-way down to "Java (Sun)/Microsoft VM."
- Make sure that you have "Java Enabled"/"Use JRE 1.5.0_04 for applet (requires restart)" enabled (checked) and click "Apply".
- Close your browser completely. Make sure that there is no other browser windows open and then reopen the browser. You may need to completely restart your computer if you are not sure what is open.
Problem: I'm using Firefox and can't see the video.
Solution: Firefox is not currently supported at this time. Please choose another browser to view the video.
Problem: I want to watch on a MAC.
