Problem: I have a video screen that is entirely black but no video is playing.
Solution:
- Proceed to open your Microsoft browser.
- Select "Tools," then "Internet Options."
- Clicking the "Advanced" tab within the Internet Options box, scroll about half-way down to "Microsoft VM."
- Make sure that you have "Java Console Enabled" enabled (checked) and click "Apply."
- Close your browser completely. Make sure that there is no other browser windows open and then reopen the browser. You may need to completely restart your computer if you are not sure what is open.
Problem: Video won't stream faster than 28.8k (or the video is taking too long to load up).
Solution:
1.) Test Your System Configuration
Click the Test Your System Configuration button on the left. This will open the System Compatibility Check which will test to see if your system meets the minimum requirements.
2.) Test Your Internet Connection Speed
Click the Test Your Connection Speed button on the left. This will open the Bandwidth Test page which will check to see if your connection meets our minimum requirements.
